London Fashion Week 1

Kate worked in collaboration with Birmingham based fashion designer Jacob Kimmie - combining skills to create two unique showcase dresses.

The first dress consisted of over 8000 hand wrapped marbles making the final dress weigh in at over 5stone! The other, inspired by bullets, featured over 9000 lustre glass embellishments - all hand wrapped and beaded to the dress.

The end result was featured on the catwalk and worn by South Sudanese British Model Alek Wek. Some of Kate’s neckpiece and hair accessory designs also adorned the showcase.
